Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://book-clinic.com(the "Site") and the booking and concierge services offered on it (the "Services"). The Site and Services are operated by Full Calendar LLC, doing business as Book Clinic. By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

What we do — and what we don't

Book Clinicis a booking and concierge service. We match you with independent medical spas and aesthetic providers ("Partner Clinics") and coordinate your appointment.

Book Clinic is not a medical provider. All treatments are performed by Partner Clinics under their own licenses and policies. We do not provide medical advice, do not supervise treatments, and are not responsible for treatment suitability or outcomes. Any medical questions must be directed to the treating clinic. We do not collect or store medical records — only the booking and contact details you share with us.

Booking & deposits

Submitting a request on the Site is free. When our team reserves an appointment for you, a refundable deposit may be required to secure the slot. The deposit amount is communicated to you before you pay, and it is applied toward the cost of your treatment at the clinic.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment: full refund of your deposit.
• Cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, or fail to show up: the deposit is non-refundable.
• If the clinic cancels or cannot honor your appointment: your choice of a full refund or a free rebooking.
• Rescheduling with 24+ hours' notice is free — your deposit moves with the new appointment.

SMS messaging terms

By checking the consent box on our forms or texting us first, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Full Calendar LLC about your booking, including occasional marketing messages.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
• Consent to messaging is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including that SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false information, booking appointments you do not intend to keep, interfering with the Site's operation, or attempting to access systems or data without authorization.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, design) are owned by Full Calendar LLC and protected by law. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Calendar LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the deposit you paid us for the booking giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
