This policy explains how Full Calendar LLC, doing business as Book Clinic ("we", "us"), handles information collected through https://book-clinic.com(the "Site").

What we collect

Booking details you submit:name, phone, email, the treatment you're interested in, your city and state, and any notes you add.
Consent records: when you check the SMS consent box we store the consent text version, a timestamp, and the IP address the request came from — proof of your opt-in.
Campaign data: if you arrive from an ad we may capture standard campaign parameters (UTM tags, click IDs), the page you landed on, and your referrer.

We do not collect medical records or health history. Anything medical stays between you and the clinic that treats you.

How we use it

To match you with a med spa and coordinate your appointment.
To contact you about your booking by phone, text, or email.
With your consent, to send occasional marketing messages — opt out anytime by replying STOP.
To measure which campaigns bring visitors to the Site.

Who we share it with

Partner clinics:we share your name, contact details, and requested treatment with the clinic we book for you — that's how the appointment gets made.
Service providers: we use a CRM and communications platform to manage requests. These providers process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
No sale of personal data. We do not sell your information. SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & analytics

The Site currently uses session storage to remember campaign parameters during your visit. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in the future, this policy will be updated to name them.

Data retention

We keep booking records and consent logs for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
Email [email protected]to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We honor applicable state privacy rights (including California's CCPA/CPRA).

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
