Is Book Clinic a med spa?
No — we're a booking and concierge service. Treatments are performed by independent, professional med spas. We find the right one for you and handle the scheduling.
Does it cost anything to request an appointment?
Requesting is free. When we reserve your slot, a small refundable deposit secures it — and that deposit is applied toward your treatment cost.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel 24 or more hours before the appointment for a full refund of your deposit. Need a different time? Your concierge will rebook you at no charge.
Do you handle my medical information?
No. We only handle booking details — your name, contact info, and the treatment you're interested in. Anything medical stays between you and the clinic.
Which treatments can you book?
